Bryan was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a bad pet accident (pet owners you know the one - that yellow bile, oily and thick - yuck!) that was sure to stain. While tricky to find the right ChemDry that services my area, I am glad I stuck with it. My regular carpet cleaner was booked out for a week. But Bryan came within a few hours and took care of the stain!

The company I usually use no longer does service in my area because of employee shortage due to Covid. I found Chem-Dry online and I'm so glad I did. I had 6 rooms and stairs cleaned. We had multiple pet stains and odor in two bedrooms. Chem-Dry applied the PURT treatment as well as the sanitizer and the stains and odors disappeared. The carpets even look newer and definitely are fresher, and at a much lower cost than new carpeting!
