M&M Chem-Dry

We used M+M Chem Dry prior and also had him come out again a few days ago to do more rugs, a few chairs and our sectionals. Mark took his time, was thorough, and the final results are like new!

M&M Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I thought I needed to replace the carpet, but Mark made it look new again. I was amazed at difference he made! Mark also shared tips for taking care of the carpet, and removing stains (which I thought I had to live with!) Mark came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet in our three bedrooms. We periodically use the do it yourself type carpet shampooers but it is amazing how much more he was able to pull up out of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. Hes more than happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of useful information like how detergent that you use in shampooers leave residue that makes the carpets worse. I am very happy I went with M&M Chem-Dry, and I absolutely feel I get my moneys worth. We will be using you again in the future!

Mark came out today and cleaned my uncle's father's carpet and did a great job. He removed spots we never thought would come out. Highly recommend, he was polite and professional.

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been "blessed" by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it.

He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. It's not a bother having them in my home. What they've done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, it's hard to keep things clean. But, they've managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary!
