Caleb was our cleaning technician today. He was very kind and helpful, and so sweet to my kids while they bombarded him with questions and stories! He got my carpets as clean as physically possible and they look great! He helped me move my couch and pick up the debris hidden behind it. Pricing is very fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half. 10/10

Sarah & Mike are incredible! They not only did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets throughout our home, but they went above and beyond by cleaning our hardwood floors after seeing what a mess they were from construction. We had a serious cat urine issue in our basement, and Chem-Dry did a fabulous job. They thoroughly assessed the issue, provided prices for a variety of treatment options, and were fastidious is completing the job. We also really enjoyed interacting with the owners--they were kind, funny, and respectful. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Appointment scheduled within 2 days, great communication, on time, and of course excellent quality. The carpet was very clean but was also dry within 2 HOURS! We use them annually to get our carpets cleaned and have always had a great experience. They are very pet-friendly too! I very highly recommend this company.

I had the best experience with Chem-Dry. Mike, the owner, did the work himself and you could not ask for a nicer guy. He did not push additional services like other companies, worked quickly and efficiently and at the end our carpets looked at least as clean as I have seen them with other companies. We have relatively deep pile carpets, yet the Chem-Dry process left them mostly dry - we moved the furniture back after a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

We had "The Pet Disaster" occur in our Master bedroom when our daughter moved back home with her two dogs. Our room became the center of a territory war of urine. I thought there was no hope of removing the odor. Mike and Sarah spent hours working on the carpet. Amazingly, no odor! Thank you for a restored carpet whose odor no longer keeps me awake at night!

Customer service was great prices are good well better than others and when they say what time they will arrive they sure do and they always call before arrival to make sure the customer is ready and well I have white carpet it's a pain but they made it look brand new and they have helpful hints to keep it up really helped I won't use anyone else period so u can trust these guys
