I recently had an issue with my HVAC condenser unit and reached out to multiple people for help. Three people came to fix it and didnt know the problem and charged me for diagnosis and asked me to replace the whole system. Alex came by looked at the system and changed the capacitor and everything went back to normal. I would definitely recommend him for HVAC services.

I wanted to replace my old thermostats which were installed by the previous homeowners. From talking to the thermostat manufacturer, they were potentially tied to the security system which I was unable to uninstall. I was able to schedule Alex the same morning I spoke with him and he replaced the thermostats and even painted over the white patches the old units left. Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. We use Alex's service to find and repair the leak in our sprinkler valve. The leak has caused us a big headache because the water bill went really high. Alex came on time and patiently explained the problem and how he's going to repair it. He's very humble and not like those other HVAC servicemen we used in the past where they are too cocky to explain the problem and the solution. Alex explained that our house sprinkler valve was old and it's the metal kind, not the PVC kind.
Over time the valve has become corroded and water seeps through causing the leak. Alex completes the repair within a few hours and he's definitely a life saver. His pricing is very competitive too. Thank you Alex for your help.

We used Alex to redo our AC drain pipe line since the previous contractor didn't do a good job in running the AC evap coil drain line. The previous contractor somehow combine the primary and the secondary drain line into one pipe which is not up to code. If there were clogging on the line somehow, it would've flooded our entire attic and it's definitely gonna be a disaster. Alex complete the job in no time and carefully explain how the primary and secondary drain line works. We are so grateful for Alex and we'd recommend Alex for anyone who needs to do things around the house the right way.

Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.
