We recently had to replace our condenser and evaporator coil A/C unit and we are so glad we chose Washburn Air. They were quick to get a tech out to diagnose the issue, got us scheduled for the installation, and now we are enjoying cool upstairs again! During the installation, the guys were on time, took their shoes off when on carpet, they were polite and answered all our questions. Jason and TJ were extremely professional and friendly. They offered a financing plan immediatly once they realized our entire HVAC system would have to be replaced. They were on time and installed a new HVAC system. They made sure everything was working correctly and walked me through everything they did. They also completed duct cleaning for our entire home which we had went years without doing.
It was quite a lot of work and they still managed to get it all done in an efficient manner. We are so grateful for Jason and TJ and we will only be using Washburn Air from here on out! Thank you all so much for everything!
