Zen did a decent job on our 25+ window home. The window options were simple and clear and we were pleased with the planning portion. The project was delayed and rescheduled several times due to overlapping projects and communication was slow between the contractor, subcontractor, and I during this time. Once the crew was on the job, it was done quickly and within the timeframe given.
The quality was ok, but we have had to re-caulk where it was lacking and touch up where there was excess. The trim was damaged during installation in several places so we had to replace/repair. Overall, we are pleased with the value that Brad and Zen Windows provide and have recommended them to others.

Had Zen replace 14 windows on our home. Was very pleased with the look and price of the installation. House is much better sealed now and windows are easy to clean with their tilt in feature. The price was much less than Pella or Anderson so we gave there name to several people I knew who were looking at getting new windows. Would recommend Zen for any window replacement jobs.

In final preparations for the five window replacements, Brad made a suggestion for four windows re sizes of panels which I immediately accepted as I was about to suggest it myself. This was to have the center panel of the window being much larger and the two side panels smaller. This provides a larger, uninterrupted view which my wife especially likes on the bedroom window. We are one of very few in this large condo complex who have this arrangement. Installation went smoothly with Brad everywhere making sure all was done well.

Brad's team did a window replacement on most of the windows in our house. They did fantastic work, especially with all of the aluminum flashing that had to be formed. They were very methodical with air sealing using expanding foam, and with getting everything caulked in correctly. If I ever need windows again, I will be using Zen Windows.

Window replacement Terrific crew, neat respectful, and really tops in taking the time to install windows properly without shortcuts and getting each and every window perfect. Best job inside and out. The entire Zen window replacement experience was first rate. Brad was efficient and very expedient in the sales process. He did not waste time with unnecessary sales tactics. Rony and his crew were phenomenal in the installation process. They were professional, courteous and meticulous. Although they could have finished in two days, they came back for a third day just to make sure everything was right. This included repair of multiple rotting issues on my old windows. Finally, the final price was just as quoted. Highly recommend Brad and his team for window replacement

I was in need of replacing 5 faulty windows installed by a bankrupt company. I found that Soft-Lite had acquired the original company. Brad willingly worked with the Soft-Lite supplier to provide replacement panes for my windows. He promptly installed the windows and I am no longer looking through moldy glass. I felt that Brad went out of his way to please me.
