From the first phone call to completion of the job, we were extremely impressed and completely satisfied w/Nick Tracey Roofing. The Nick Tracey crew was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail of the project- the project manager kept my wife and I informed of the progress of the work as it progressed and made sure any issues that came up were worked out. Great company to work with. After getting several estimates I chose Nick Tracey Roofing because they seemed professional, were helpful when I had questions, and their estimate was very reasonable for what looked like quality work from the reviews and pictures. My house was done in one day and it looks great! Even siding that had some issues near the roofline was repaired which I was not expecting. Will be recommending the company to people I know who need any roof work done.

Nick, Brian and the whole team were great throughout the whole process. Came by to give me a quote quickly and scheduled me about 3 weeks out. The day of the install, the project manager, Brian, got there before the crew to keep everything running smoothly and make sure the crew had what they needed to start right when they arrived. It turned out we needed 12 sheets of plywood replaced on the roof in addition to the roof and then explained the cost and the reason why they should be replace.
We went forward with that and everything still got done in 1 day. The job site was super clean when they left, no nails or anything, you could barely tell they were even there! A week after, Brian gave me a call to check in and send along my docs. Couldnt recommend Nick and his team enough.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Nick was easy to reach, and very professional. They arrived exactly on schedule, and completed the project on time. They cleaned everything up as if nothing happened! A few days later, I contacted Nick because I was not happy with the rain deflector I asked for. He came back and exchanged it at no additional cost! From the moment we met Nick, we were impressed. He is very professional, knew roofing, and met his promises. His quote was the best of the 3 we obtained, and his responsiveness was the best of the companies we contacted. We decided to go with the Owens-Corning asphalt shingle roofing system. End up the high wind dislodged a piece of tape from the old roof. not a problem, only cosmetic, but Nick came by and made sure we were satisfied. A+.
