My inspection was pretty cool, Chris was my inspector. He had to come out two times based on the grants I received and questions they needed answered and he did so I appreciate that. He did list a lot of things under need repair that I felt didn't necessarily need repair but maybe could be updated at a later date or fixed that same visit. My apologies if not listing the terms correctly but the grant programs I used were sticklers on that so maybe a light bulb needed to be changed on the lawn but not something serious (needing a mechanic) but it seemed to be marked as such or atleast the grant program thought it was.
I think if the programs weren't big on the exact terminology, I probably would've given 5 stars but things my realtor didn't think should be marked as such, were. But all in all, pretty good

We just had Advanced come and do inspections for a home, chimney and garage for us. They were efficient, on time, friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. I had AHI inspect two rental properties prior to purchasing, and not only could they come out within a week, the report had so much information that I had to go over it twice more. I was also able to keep and share the report with contractors so they could look at what they were bidding on. (Tight turnaround) Will absolutely be using them again!

Chris Garry is AWESOME! Inspection was scheduled for 11, he was there starting the outside of the inspection before I even arrived at 1045. Not only was he knowledgeable about the process and clear and concise but provided me with good information on what to look for as a first time home buyer and homeowner. Was perfectly fine with showing me the process of the home inspection as my toddler ran the house.
Not only was he friendly but was careful not to track mud through out the house even on the carpet. Also provided detailed inspection notes for which my agent gave the builders. I will definitely recommend them. Keep Up the good work.
