This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.

Matt and RJ (?) came out, last Thursday and were so thorough! Very pleased with the service we received and the friendliness, promptness, and professionalism they both had.

We've actually had an issue with our Outdoor fireplace not working, for about a year, and my husband happened to mention to Matt. He told my husband he could look at it when they were here.

Within about 10 - 15 mins, Matt figured out the issue and actually had the part, that wasn't working, on the truck and he fixed it right away!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Matt and RJ! We will definitely be using Infinity again (especially if Matt and RJ are still working for them)!

Very professional and nice staff! They were able to fix the problems as they come up especially since our hvac system is pretty old so a lot of hidden problems we didnt know of and they were very responsible in the fact that they took their time to come back two days in a row just make sure our ac is running! I would definitely choose them if you are within their service area!

I had my Bosc AC & heating system installed in April of this year. I waited to make sure everything is running smoothly before posting my reviews. Their price is very reasonable, they came on time, finished the work in 1 1/2 days and cleaned up well afterwards. Ken and his crew were very professional and friendly. If you are looking for an honest company to do great work, I highly recommend you give them a try. They respond very quickly to any questions and problems you may have. Our system is running great and I love my AC during this hot summer month!

Matt came and checked out our heat pump for us. We've had multiply companies come out and all guess what the problem is and replace parts. Still didn't fix the issue.
Ken at Infinity came right out when I called him and within 5min knew exactly what the problem was. Did his work and 10min later we had icy cold air coming out of our vents again.

We had no heat pump or auxiliary heat. We are a little ways out of town, but they had no problem with that. Technician arrived early and went right to work. Found the problem very quickly and repaired it on the spot. The cost was competitive and fair. I would definitely use them again.

We used this company to install a new furnace/ac unit due to an improper install when the house was built. Showed up on time and rushed us into their schedule which means alot during the cold season. Very informative on any questions I asked, very professional when it came to the task at hand. Updated with the progress and what to expect from beginning to finish. Offered a free ac charge during the spring since they were unable to get accurate readings when discharging/charging prior to installation due to the cold temperature outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work. Now our house is nice and toasty thank you!!!
