Honest and professional plumbing company and definitely recommend.
We are selling our house and during inspection the buyers asked us to replace the piping in our crawlspace because there was some green residue on the pipes. We sent an email to Dean at Harold's Plumbing about what we *thought* was corroded plumbing. We sent a picture of our pipes and Dean called us immediately and told us to hold off on replacing any of our pipes. He said it was flux residue from the plumbers that installed the pipe and didn’t wipe the fittings after soldering, which can easily be cleaned off.

I had a toilet that leaked at it's base because the wax ring had expired. First of all I had to wait ten days before I could get service which contributes greatly to the water damage. Dave showed up and was quick and efficient, at least at first. My original request was to lift the toilet and put in a new wax ring and also install a new shutoff valve. He immediately went to installing a "repair flange" that in the end would not fit under the toilet. He lifted the toilet several times making modifications to the repair flange and each time replacing the wax ring but to no avail

Yesterday morning we woke up to a pretty severe water leak in our water heater. I googled 'local plumbers in Auburn' and Harold's was one of the first results. I called and Dean answered - very pleasant, very helpful. He asked me some questions about our situation and then asked me to email him some pictures. I had a leak in the line just off my water meter. I called Harold's and Dean answered. He asked me to email pictures of the leaking pipe. Within 2 hours Tom had arrived and repaired the line. The price was much less than I expected it to be. I am so happy with the quality and service of this company that I have recommended them to several people I work with.

Great service!!! Called yesterday because our hot water heater was leaking. It was old so I just wanted to replace it. I sent pictures and measurements, they called and gave me a quote. They were able to come by the same day and do the install. Said they would be there in the afternoon, called and asked if they could stop by earlier! No drama, prompt, reasonable prices for their level of expertise and professionalism. The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were quick, friendly, and personable. Cleaned up after the job. 100% would use again! Great local business!

Very pleased with Harold's Plumbing's staff. Dean was more than helpful on the phone and even offered to talk me through fixing my problem. Dave replaced the main shut off valve and was a good guy to work with. Very personable and knew what he was doing. Plus they were $300 less than another area plumber. I hope Dave enjoyed the weekend at his cabin outside Cle Elum. He deserved it!!!

Called then on a Friday at 4 (said not an emergency in my message), they called me back Monday morning, set an appointment for Thursday (I was lucky beneficiary of a cancellation). They called about 15 min prior to arrival, showed up, did the job efficiently and professionally, reasonable price and cheerful. Definitely my plumber of choice. Will call again. No question about why they have been in business on Main St in Auburn for years. They have earned their great reputation.

Great company to work with and they got the job done. They had to replace a backflow device at my home and do some repair to the water pipe that was damaged as well. They replaced the backflow and completed the repairs within the time frame given. I will used them again in the future for any plumbing projects!

The water main between the street and home ruptured at a valve near the house, under the porch. It was about 4:30pm and I was in a bind. I was referred Harold's by my neighbor. I called and Tom came straight up. He said he didn't want us to be without water even for one night. He grabbed a short shovel and dug like a soldier digging a foxhole. He cleared the rupture in no time and had his partner and brother Dave come join. Together they had my problem solved and I had water again in about two hours. They worked like they cared more about me that the clock. Their price was lower

I hired Harold's plumbling based on some good yelp reviews, and i am glad i did. The guys arrived on time, were professional and nice to my family. They did a excellent job on our 2 bathrooms. Great outfit. Sold my house and had a couple things come up on the home inspection. They quoted me over the phone and had me take pictures and email them over so they could see what they were working with. Dean was a pleasure to work with and even helped me out by itemizing each item line by match the inspection results. They tackled the five issues that were on the inspection in under an hour, all for $250. Couldn't have been happier to check that stuff off the list. These guys made it even easier.

I called Harold's because I needed a plumber for a small problem at a Condominium Association that I manage. After calling a couple of plumber's who were rude or clearly not interested in helping, I got ahold of Dean at Harold's and could not have been more happy! Dean was exceptionally professional and helpful and was in communication every step of the way. Not only is Curt and his team extremely professional, but they are so knowledgeable and the only plumbing company up for the task at hand. I felt safe with them at my home, they went over exactly what the cost would be before they began working and within a couple hours I had running water again. Not recommended for residential plumbing. Used to be a loyal customer, but not using ever again. The owner, Curt, has become extremely arrogant and rude. He either has a serious drug or drinking problem, or he thinks he is too good to deal with his residential customers and maybe he only wants to have the big commercial jobs now. Last dealing with him, he categorically denied having a conversation with a fixture distributor who was holding a couple of thousand dollars' worth of plumbing fixtures (which we had already purchased) to be installed in our home. I thought this was a great local plumber but turned out to be a nightmare. They are unreliable, rude and incompetent. Called for a water leak and guy said he couldn't find it BUT did happen to find another that was at the opposite end of the original leak. Now how do I really know if there was another leak or were they just over charging me?
When the leak continued they returned with a different plumber who located the leak immediately and charged us again!

I had been looking for two weeks for a specific insulation foam that I had previously found years ago in Tukwila, but I was striking out! I was stumped, but yesterday remembered this little plumbing store that had helped me out before when my 28 year old golden yellow toilet broke and I couldn't find a replacement, ( it had a matching tub).

Unreliable. My wife called to schedule an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate. Initially, the guy was busy all day. When my wife said we needed somebody to come the next day, all of sudden they have an open spot at 3pm. So, we schedule for 3pm.
The next day, 3pm rolls around and nobody shows up. After waiting about 15 minutes, we try calling them back several times. No answer.
Don't waste your time with this place.
