Called to have them take care of a tenants leak. Waited all day with no contact. Called them again to get update on arrival for tenant. I was told that the tenant called to cancel the appointment. I never gave the tenant the phone number to the business! When I inquired to the tenant, they confirmed that they had NOT had any contact with the plumber. Not professional at all and lack of communication.

There will never be another company that I will call for my unclog plumbing needs. Due to my crazy schedule, I am able to rely on them coming out within the same day most often! The work they do is FANTASTIC & the staff are always nice. I also appreciate that they come out to see the situation before giving me a guess of price on the phone. Wonderful company!! Highly appreciate DoublePro for sending out John. Very quick service, but also good service. You pay for what you get. I manage an apartment complex and we are going to rent an apartment with tenants moving in the following week. We needed all the plumbing to be checked and everything in order working like new. We also needed 2 toilets installed with them providing the ones we wanted. Everything was done exactly a day before because we had to wait for the toilets to come in since we had to order the ones the owner wanted. Overall, good job!
