J & B includes a 10 year warranty on their work, which is one of the reasons why I chose them over other contractors. Your shingles will have their own separate warranty. They were very professional throughout the process, and the crew did an excellent job which included a very thorough clean-up when they were finished. Their project manager Virgilio was fun to talk with, and it was evident that he cares about doing things with excellence. We had a spot where the roof was separating from the soffit, and some birds had gotten in and built a nest. Another well known roofing company in the area quoted

I highly recommend J & B West Roofing and Construction. They did a great job. Jeremy, the sales rep, was thorough and provided a fair quote. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but it was the best value. The quality of materials / length of warranty impressed me, as they were better than the more expensive quotes I got. The roofing crew was nice and kept me in the loop... which is great because I am nosy! J & B West simplified the daunting process of replacing a roof and created a very satisfied customer.

J&B West Roofing did a great job with our new roof installation. Luis provided great service up front and always called ahead to let us know when he was on the way to our house. Kyle worked closely with our insurance agent and got us a great claim to help cover the cost of the repair and most of the roof replacement. They replaced the whole roof in about a day and a half, including tear off of the old shingles. The project manager, Virgillio, was excellent. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable, and was always polite, respectful, and very professional. The team worked over the weekend

I would recommend J & B West Roofing. Mark Mueller, representative for J & B West was responsive and professional. He was the only estimator who secured a weather guard on an opening where ridge shingles had been blown off and probably prevented rain damage while waiting for a company to repair the damage. He hadn't been awarded the job at that time.

Vergilio and his crew were great installing our new roof! There were a few items after they were done that they had to come back to complete but this was done in a timely manner with ample communication! Thanks guys! Now on to the siding! Our sales person, Mark, has been instrumental in getting these repairs done to our home after our storm!

I am very pleased with J&B West Roofing they did a fantastic job on my roof . They were all very helpful from the very start when I first contacted them about my interest in getting my roof done. They came out and helped through out the whole process of the inspections. To get every thing set up to get the job done. The crews were very polite and helped with any questions I had and did a great job to cover every thing when a sudden storm came through . I am very pleased with the work they did for me

5 stars is not enough for the quality and work ethic that j & b west roofing gave us. They worked with our insurance company to get us the best possible outcome. The crew was on time, worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
