Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged, so I called City Plumbing for help. They sent David D out that same afternoon. He spent 3+ hours using different snakes and augering our pipes until it unclogged. He was professional, followed covid-19 protocols, and did a great job. We will be using City Plumbing for our upcoming kitchen remodel. Thanks David!

My former plumber recommended City Plumbing his endorsement was enough for me. I gave the office a call and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the young women was who introduced herself as Patricia. She told Me someone would be contacting me shortly to confirm and would have someone there between 1-2PM. Patricia followed up on that… shortly afterwards. At my door was a young man who introduced himself as Oscar he had a approved Covid-19 mask shoe coverings and a mat for the floor. He was very knowledgeable and professional I felt at complete ease. Extremely unprofessional service. I do not recommend. They were hired to do a sewer inspection. The phone staff is sloppy, misquoted pricing, and didn't inform the technician what was needed - this despite a follow up call to the office the day before the appointment to make sure they knew in detail what was needed. They showed up over 3 hours late, were unprepared and then to add insult to injury proceeded to state that the inspection fee wasn't $199 as quoted, but well over $500 - a ridiculous price. We sent them packing. There are real professionals out there. Use one of them if you value your

I had no idea where to start with finding a good plumber, but I called this place because it had such good reviews online, and now I see why! Frances was such a delight - I called in the morning with an urgent bathroom drain issue, she stayed in touch with me throughout the day to let me know when the guys could squeeze me in on such short notice. Kevin and David made time for me, and showed up in full COVID protective gear, which I really appreciate. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it in 10 minutes, and charged a fair price! I will definitely call them with any plumbing needs in the future!

I had Paul from city plumbing come out to clear me laundry line that kept backing up. It took them a couple of tries but they were able to clear the line. He found a lot of gunk in the line and recommended hydro jetting the line so I had them do it. My laundry has been working great since and I’ve had no issues with it. I would highly recommend city plumbing and rooter for any of your plumbing needs. They are very professional and their prices are really fair compare to other plumbers I’ve used. Thank you Paul!

We had a problem with our water heater . We called city plumbing and rooter. We had them replace water heater . Kevin and Sebastian did the installation and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards . Kevin explained everything they did and was very courteous and professional and really seemed like he enjoyed his job and spoke highly of city plumbing and rooter. I would definitely use their service again .

City Plumbing and rooter was amazing! They came same day for a clogged toilet and cleared it in like $3 minutes for only $39.99!!! Then they checked another sink just to make sure it was ok. Amazing service. Oh and they wear booties inside the house to stay clean. I will be calling them for every plumbing problem!
