It is hard to be patient when your roof is damaged by a Hurricane and the Insurance Company gives you a damage appraisal within your deductible. The Island Roofing Team of professionals came to our rescue by immediately mitigating the water penetration and preparing a legal case in case our Insurance company continued to deny and make no reasonable offers to settle. As the months ticked by and our own frustrations mounted we were in constant communication with David Schmenk who kept us appraised of the legal process which took a very long time. When other companies cant get you approved Island Roofing can. After years of fighting with my insurance company Island Roofing company came in with a detailed inspection that explained why my insurance company must approve my roof repair.
