I live in Paulina, LA and we required repairs to our roof due to Hurricane Ida. Our consultant was Chandler Mozingo. He came to the door and introduced himself and the services they provide. He was very polite and easy to talk to. I later called him back to accept his company for our roof installation. Communication was great. He set up an appointment with the owner, Adrian, to inspect the roof and offered to help with our insurance claims as well. Adrian was completely professional and very easy to talk to as well. He came to the house, examined our roof himself, gave us a detailed presentation

From the first day Estefon knocked on my door to offer All Roofing’s service to tarp my roof I was impressed in his Knowledge, Professionalism, the Respect toward my family’s loss after Hurricane Ida devastated our community. Due to Hurricane IDA, I needed an entire new roof in LaPlace. A coworker had recommended All Roofing and Remodeling after they did her roof and her father's roof. She was quite pleased with there response time and quality of work. I called Chandler and set up an inspection and to get an estimate. Also I can’t say enough about our project manager Madiad Obeso “M”. Whatever we needed or asked for she made it happen. Yes I would recommend this company

My main concern was hiring somebody to get me the most money I was entitled to from my insurance company. Every roof company talks a good game and I’m sure they are all good but this company discussed with my insurance company what was a fair amount to pay me. I have no doubt I would have left money on the table with the other roofers I met with. All Roofing & Remodeling spoke directly with my insurance company. What a relief that was. They will get you more money and they will not overcharge you for the roof and I know what I’m talking about. Happy to answer any questions.

I’ve had a great deal of experience with contractors and I can’t say that they’ve been the best. Well at least until I experienced All Roofing and Remodeling. Their lead salesman, Madiad, is exemplary in customer service and communication. And she’s knowledgeable. She takes pride in representing the company by ensuring services provided are of quality. When first Adrien and Steve came out to give us an estimate on extending our driveway and adding an extension to our back patio, they listened to our wants and needs, were very professional, and gave us a true vision of what they could do before they even started.
