The results were good but the process was a little less than acceptable. The technician said the company policy does not move furniture and provided misinformation on the reason why. Wood would leave a stain on a carpet. We had to provide gliders and styrofoam pads for the bed. No marks were left. Miscommunication on start time as well. Find someone else to clean your carpets. These people are lazy - we had to move all the furniture. Company policy - we do not move furniture.

I have used Stanley steamer in the past and regret not using Zerores sooner. They dont use soap or detergents but instead a high PH water that is created from tap water. The effects are amazing and lets not forget to mention how clean and fresh it smells afterwards!
Right now they have a deal where do 3 rooms get one free. Think for like 140 or something. Well worth it and the dry times are minimal

They cleaned my carpet a week after another cleaning service had cleanedthe carpet. I only had a small area about 140sqft. They cleaned in about 10 minutes, still had some dingy areas on the carpet. Asked if he could do it over. With no hesitation he did. Another 10 minutes. They did get a lot of dirt out of the carpet. The system works great, just felt the technician was in a rush. I had less than the minimum price allowed. He offered nothing extra. Did a great job but I think technician was in a rush.

I thought this company was great. And let me say, the staff that comes and cleans is FANTASTIC, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL. I have been using this company to clean my home for over a year, and I have been handing out their business cards and recommending them to my fellow Marine Corps friends and neighbors. Each time they have come out I have been so pleased with the work they have done, and each technician was so kind to both myself and my family. Now, under new ownership, they require a $200 minimum versus a $100 minimum because we are so far out of their way. Bottom line, they are all about

Zerorez did a great job! Their tech, Tony, arrived as scheduled. Our house is in the Savannah Historic District, and parking as limited. Because the hoses have to run from the van, he needed to park close to our house. When he first arrived, that wasn't possible--and this was on a Saturday, so we thought we were out of luck for that weekend. Actually, Tony made sure we had his cell phone number and told us to grab a parking space when one was available--using our car to hold it until he could get back--and he'd come back late in the day or the following day (Sunday!) to get the job done

Gabriel L. Came into my home with the utmost professionalism and friendly approachable demeanor. He said that he would do his best. I was in wonderment. Just like night and day. My carpet was in way better condition. I had my doubts. No way would this carpet be half of what it used to be. Gabriel left it like new. This is our second roundabout with Zerorez and twice the Quarterback made a passing touchdown. Thank you Zerorez, but most importantly, thank you Gabriel.

Picked this company because they're "green" / don't use soap or harsh chemicals and had gotten a very positive recommendation from a friend. The technician was professional, neat, courteous, informative, and focused on the work. Carpet will be damp for 6-8 hours so be sure to ask for the styrofoam blocks or cellophane squares to put under furniture legs...leave A/C on / windows open / fans on to speed drying. Carpets looks great and I'm very pleased. (Note: At this time, they do not move heavy furniture, but will move light furniture. The technician explained that

Pros:1. Tony was cordial, hard-working, and punctual. 2. The carpet was really disgusting in a heavy traffic area before it was cleaned and much better after. 3. As the name states, the carpet does seem to have less residue than other methods of carpet cleaning - maybe it will stay cleaner.
Cons: 1. There is a major disconnect between what the salesman says and what the tech is told. The salesman who scheduled the appointment told me the technicians would move the furniture off the carpet, except for anything with electronics. They were recommended to me with high marks - my experience was anything but that. my carpets were left so wet that the entire downstairs stunk and smelled of mildew - the carpets around my expensive desk were so wet that it warped my furniture. Took weeks to get the smell out. I asked technician to clean an oriental rug in the garage and she said she would rather clean at the office because she needed an enzyme kit to get dog urine out of it. I called to find out when it would be returned and Trey was so rude and stated that they didn't clean rugs in their office anymore and that he was surprised

Coming from 25 years in the carpet industry, I can honestly tell you that Zerorez is the best carpet, rug and upholstery cleaner in the low country. Ask for Trey. He spends a lot of time and makes every effort to clean thoroughly. I manage five short term rentals and I have tried two others. They cannot even compare.
