The gentleman who came out to look at my property to provide the estimate for the landscaping work was great. This review is solely based on my communication with the president of the company, Rachel. I will add that I'm from CA, where the landscaping business is highly competitive. That makes customer service a priority in CA. Customer service does not seem to be a concern of Rachel's. I worked with her to get a quote for the work that was discussed. The quote was provided a week after it was promised. The price was quoted extremely high. Rachel was asking $2000 for the installation
