I could not get my kitchen sink to drain. I even took the pipes apart and found no clog, so I called Gillum. Cory and Josh showed up and were very professional and knowledgeable. My sink was draining within minutes. The clog was outside. Thank you

Expensive and ineffective. We had a backup into our master bath shower. Called them out on a Saturday and payed an extra $50 per hour. Diagnoses #1 - They had to rip out our walls and maybe floor to replace pipe. When they left we still had a backup and could not use our bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry, etc. First tech never even uncovered the clean-out out side the bathroom, even though he was told where it was several times. Diagnoses #2 (different tech) - septic tank full or filter clogged. This was correct - got that fixed... Still had a clog in the pipe causing a backup into the shower. Finally

Huge shout out to Gillum-Waddell today. I had a whole house stoppage. They not only cleared my lines, but they discovered the cause of the issue. The plumber took the time to explain what was going on and was able to fix the issue with my sewer pipe leading to my septic tank. I highly recommend this company.

This is a good plumbing company with standard rates, comparable to other plumbers in the area. They are responsive and helpful on the phone. Our HOA has used them for years to unplug or replace parts in toilets at our clubhouse and pool house. They are prompt, knowledgeable and fair in their pricing and have done a great job with our commercial work.
