This was a very unusual installation (and one he hadn't done before), however, Carlton evaluated the project, purchased the correct materials, modified the existing pergola to drain properly and got it done.

I really appreciate the great job you guys did and felt that Carlton had my best interest in mind! I especially appreciated how communicative Carlton has been and his timliness to respond to me. Carlton Roofing does great work for a fair and honest price. Whereas every other company that gave us estimates (3 others to be exact) recommended installing an additional layer of insulation into the flat roof, Carlton said that would only make the house feel hotter. Instead, he recommended installing a vent to allow the hot air to escape, also less costly than built-in insulation.
Felicia kept us informed throughout the entire process, from our first call to when the work was completed. She was patient and professional handling permit issues that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carlton

Carlton Roofing replaced my old shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof. They were a pleasure to deal with . They obtained the permit and got the old roof off and the new one on quickly. They were professional, prompt , and nice to deal with. They have done several roofs in my neighborhood recently and everyone has been happy with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The owner of the company visited me to give me my original estimate. From that point onward, the company was exceedingly responsive and professional, with emails along the way documenting every step toward my roof repair. My final bill came along with photos of the repair. The actual repair was not done by the owner, but within an hour the owner stopped by to check on the work. I would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

I was very pleased with Carlton Roofing. They are very professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. The workers were very professional and made sure the site was cleaned after the work. They took several pictures to show the work done. I would be glad to have them work on any project for me.
