Excellent Customer Service! I emailed the company asking them how I could get a tiny o-ring for a strainer/stopper of theirs that I purchased from a local supplier. I really only expected them to reply with the item number, and I would buy it in my local area. I was surprised when I received 3 o-rings via UPS about 4 days after my inquiry. This company has fantastic customer service.

I've owed Mountain Plumbing a review for over a year now. The reason I'm finally writing is because, after a couple of problems with the Hot/Cold water dispenser, I'm truly satisfied that that issue has been resolved. Mountain Plumbing customer service is fantastic. Without having eyes on the issue it is difficult to analyze problems. So the customer needs to be able to work with the tech to help them understand the problem so a solution can be found.

Mountain Plumbing customer service is wonderful. We had a chronic problem with a soap dispenser and Taylor, from Mountain plumbing customer service, replaced the soap dispenser at no charge after helping us try to troubleshoot the problem. We very much appreciate that Mountain Plumbing supports its customers so well! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Installed a Little Gourmet Heating Tank, model MT641.2. Never really worked from day one. Had it for a year and needed to wait about 45 seconds for the "instant hot water." Finally, it started to leak. I contacted the Lead Technical Supervisor, Kenny Pechar. Told him about my problem and he said I''d hear from him shortly. Never heard from him. I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT MADE BY MOUNTAIN PLUMBING PRODUCTS BECAUSE THE ONE I BOUGHT WAS DEFECTIVE AND, IN MY OPINION, THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE.

Had a leaking filtered-water faucet manufactured by Mountain Plumbing Products. It had been installed by the previous owners of the house and must have been nine or ten years old. Contacted Kenny Pechar, lead technical advisor, via email and sent me a new ceramic cartridge and a handle cap that had somehow gone missing, both for no charge. Excellent customer service!

Do not buy from this company! We purchased the Little Gourmet Insta hot and the original hose that came with the unit leaked within a year of purchasing the unit, flooding the area underneath and damaging the cabinet and drawer under our sink. They sent us a replacment hose kit because apparently this happens enough that they have a replacement kit - but they refuse to pay for the plumber bill for installation of the kit or for the reapairsto the cabinet and drawer. The plumber we used said he has done this repair a lot for Mountain Plumbing Insta hots. The supervisor I spoke with at Mountain Plumbing
