Roofing has been a part of my life ever since I was a teenager. I began working for my father's small roofing business, Diamond Construction, at the age of 13. Back then, I was responsible for carrying shingles and cleaning up project sites. At 30 years old, after seven years of owning Stern Construction, I became the residential manager at a large commercial roofing company.
While there, I helped grow their shingle division, which started as a single three-man team and grew to over 15 crews in just a few years. In 1990, I became a partner at BCI, where I was one of only two employees. By the time I became primary owner in 2013, we had grown to over 50 employees, 35 work trucks, and served over 40,000 satisfied customers.
For over 38 years, we have built a foundation of trust among our customers. What I love most about my company is that we hold ourselves to a higher standard: we expect the best from ourselves and we never compromise on quality craftsmanship. Our objective is to show professionalism at all levels and make sure our customer is happy at the end of the day.

Jesse and his crew Mike and Oscar did a great job installing a patio door and replacing outdoor sidings. Jesse ensured that I was happy with the work that was done.He was friendly and professional. BCI (and my main contact Taylor) were great to work with. I’ve done extensive remodeling on my home and have always had challenges. Short of a couple small communication issues, this experience was pretty flawless and we are very happy with the end product so far. BCI’s pricing was very competitive and numerous neighbors commented to me about their quick work and quality appearance. We had our entire roof and all gutters, downspouts, etc, replaced. The quality of work on a complicated storm door installation at our house was excellent. Jesse, the installer put in long hours to make the many adjustments needed to make the door fit properly and he showed us what he was doing throughout the process. He was friendly and professional. We needed a few pieces of siding replaced after a home project and BCI went above and beyond to locate our siding and trim. They kept us updated the whole time and provided excellent customer service throughout. I recently had a few roof tiles come off my house in a wind storm. BCI Exteriors responded to my YELP request right away. They came out, took a look and knew exactly what I needed. They even filled in a couple of holes around my chimney and gutters. Would highly recommend! Professional, fair and helpful.

Unfortunately we had a tree fall on our house in late June. We had used BCI before and knew immediately to call them again. A big shout out to Josh and his crew for an excellent job. BCi put a new roof on our house in 2017, we ordered gutter guards with the contract. There was no real schedule, they just called my husband after we signed the contract and said they had time today to put the new roof on. So no complaints about the roof, but, but this is a big screw up, the gutters did not go on after the roof. No gutters and three days of down pouring rain flooded parts of our basement.Called them about the gutters and flooding of the house. Funny right, when we called about the gutters the guy showed up and put them on a week later and we told him our basement flooded, he laughed

We had a complete tear off roofing job done by BCI Exteriors on our home and garage. We were very impressed with BCI exteriors and highly recommend their services. Everyone that we dealt with were courteous, explained things to us, and kept us informed. The crew was hard working and the job supervisor Nate was on top of all aspects of the job and and quickly addressed any concerns we had during the project.

Worked on increasing ventilation on our roofing system with some minor roofing repairs with BCI about 1 year ago. It was a pleasure to not be pushed or hard sold, and it was refreshing to have the contractor show up on time and complete on budget with very good communication. Definitely would use them again for roofing or siding needs.

As a homeowner, there's very few things scarier than picking a contractor for a major project. What if they take the deposit and run? What if the job isn't done properly? What if the guys leave the work half done and you get stuck calling the company for weeks? Clearly I've watching a lot of Mike Holmes shows on HGTV so I'm super paranoid.
Picking a contractor to redo our roof was pretty unpleasant - half the people we called never returned our messages. Most of the rest never showed up, or shoved a halfhearted estimate in the mailbox. That all changed with BCI.
