Have to say Kevin was recommended by my pool service person. We were excited to get this job going unfortunately we have not received a reply in over a month we have notified Kevin three times with no replies to when project may start or most importantly bid on this job. So I unfortunately have to say this follow-up did not follow up and we will be looking for someone else.That is so than my apologies sir

Nice guy, but ended up wasting so much of my time.
Óscar was nice enough to give a quote via text with some photos and explanation. The job was a concrete patio in a fenced backyard. I had told him up front that the main challenge would likely be prepping and grading the dirt, since three or four inches would need to be hauled away across the yard. He asked to book a time to come out and get started. But when he arrived he determined that he would need extra equipment to grade and haul the dirt. He wasn't sure where he would haul it to either. We booked a later time to get started with that

So happy with our new backyard! Really nice family business -- Oscar set everything up, working with his dad and us to design the yard, grading, select materials and handled the contract and scheduling. They really listened to what we wanted done and the style we liked, and worked around our budget while making great suggestions for irrigation and grading/drainage which were our biggest concerns.
Mr. Figueroa (dad) led the crew who did the work efficiently and with great attention to detail -- working long days, squeezing in weekends to work around the rain, etc. Price was good and communication
