I had used these guys many times in the past to service and repair my AC issues. They were very good about responding to my questions and also showing up promptly to perform a inspection/service/repair. Unfortunately my AC unit ended up needing to be completely replaced. The repair man had given me a verbal quote which turned out to be a little high based on what needed to be done. When I called to get a formal quote on a new AC unit and evaporator coil, they stated they would get back to me and never did. The crew of 3 showed up and within an hour they had my heater up and running. They figured out the problem in 10minutes. I had just met with.a different company thirty minutes earlier that i was considering using.
But once We were told we were not going to have to bring down a wall, he had my attention. The crew went to work and patched up the opening the gas company recommended.
It got fixed for a fraction of the cost we were quoted a half an hour earlier.

Our HVAC and thermostat stopped working and they came out right away (earlier than planned) and although they did not have the specific part they were able to do a work-around so the HVAC would keep working until the part came in. They came back the following week and did the final work, and we were very happy with their professionalism, courtesy and good communication. The work was done under warranty, so there was no charge.

A few days ago, our furnace stopped working and it was during the rainy and very cold days. Yes, that was the worst possible time for a furnace to break down!
I called 20th Century Air because they have many and great reviews, and set up an appointment with one of their technicians, Shaun. He was very punctual and friendly, examined the heater and quickly discovered the problem. Shaun knew how to and did fix the furnace promptly. He also told me and my husband how to maintain it better so it can last longer. In addition, Shaun was very honest and did not try to talk us into buying a new furnace

I called them to see about installing new Honeywell digital thermostat. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. Fortunately they had a cancellation, so they were able to come the same day. Ryan was excellent. He installed the thermostat, set it up, made sure it was level, working well and cleaned up. Now based on this experience I'm planning on calling them to do my annual AC and heating tune ups.

This business was initially very attentive. They came out fast and did a check of my ductwork. The two men that came out did an exceptional job explaining the minor problem and even installed my smart thermostat. He said I would receive a quote and I have not yet received after a week. I sent a message to the company on yelp and they read the message but not even a reply back? Terrible customer service

Juan H. came over and helped us to troubleshoot the installation of 3 Nest Thermostats and he was excellent...Although we were able to install the devices initially, the Nest wound up giving us error codes that related to our HVAC wiring (which we definitely didn't want to mess around with). We were concerned that other companies would overcharge just to come out and troubleshoot the problem. Not Juan! he was great and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Daniel Pop, the service manager, arrived on time to inspect the HVAC unit. Daniel was honest and appeared trustworthy as he walked through the outside unit and examined the inside unit. He cleaned the outside unit and diagnosed that our furnace needed a new ignitor to work. He also took a peek in our attic for the duct work, while advising he was concerned about possible asbestos. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge, as we were aware our HVAC unit was almost 30 years old and may need to be replaced soon. We may consider 20th Century Air for possible HVAC system replacements in the future.

Booked an appointment and was told tech would show up at 8am sharp but the tech was late. When he arrived, another company I had scheduled to take a look was there and the tech left without taking a look at the unit. He asked why I would want another company to take a look when someone was already there. I told him because I want to have multiple assessments and bids for repairs. The tech either didn't understand or didn't care for it

We did not end up with 20th Century Air, but our experience with Ryan and the company was nothing, but positive. Ryan's communication was fantastic and he extremely prompt. Once he arrived for the estimate, he was incredibly thorough in explaining the entire process and once he was finished, the quote was ready to go at the end. We only ended up going with a family friend (family obligations) or else we would have been happy to hire 20th Century Air.

Ive been with them for over 3 yrs. They are professional, reasonably priced and my AC maintenance tune-ups are very thorough, not a 15 min check up. They explain any questions you have and are very honest and reliable.
They were on time and have modern technology using text messages which i prefer! Appt alerts, quick replies, etc.
Julie in office is great as well as Shaun, Ryan, Isaia and the entire team. Can't go wrong. They don't try to sell you anything! My unit is about 8 yrs old and they have it going strong!

I saw the great reviews and I had a drain leak in my attic so I called this company. They offered a free diagnostic during the week. Great communication on the app, phone and text. I was given a three hour window for my appointment. Technician Juan called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived with his mask on and even wore shoe covers while in the house. He identified the issue and quickly fixed it. Juan and his partner even cleaned up after they were done. The price was reasonable too. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and their technician Juan. Keep up the great work
