Our water heater broke and had water damage with bedroom walls, garage, and a pipe was also leaking from the wash room. I called Yanez Construction, Julio came by and explained to me everything that had to be done detail by detail. He provided all the necessary paperwork for the insurance.
Cipriano took care of the construction. He constantly provided me with information on when, and who of his crew was coming that day or the following day. Both he and Julio were always accommodating to my phone calls and concerns. The crew was always professional and kind. They also cleaned up after themselves

We had BIG issues with this company. We found they do not communicate well. Do not follow code. Tore out our firewall between the garage and home. Did not inform us that it is illegal to reside in a home that does not have a firewall in place and expected us to live without any type of barrier to the garage (only the wooden frame) for several weeks because the dry wall crew was too busy. NO THANK YOU.
