I have a 9 year old home that has leaked on and off from day one. I’ve had multiple roofing companies attempt to repair, but more silicone is not the solution.
I called Mr. Mimms for a roof repair estimate and he was at my home the next day. A few days later I had a detailed written estimate in hand. I called two other roof repair companies that had great customer reviews on line, however they failed to show up or even return my call.

As stated with another customer, Mimms has very little customer service skills and if you ask or inquire about costs etc he really doesn't give you any type of clear answer. I wish I had our phone call recorded because it was the worst experience I have ever witnessed by someone that wants business. I stated I am calling around to get estimates on a roof fix and he said, "if I come out there would you be able to pay me" I said I don't know what the cost will be and then he said what if it's $200 and I said I do not promise I'll hire you I am looking for estimates I made this clear. Low and behold

This is to let you know that I am very pleased with the quick and efficient response to the water leak problem that turned up when we were in the middle of painting the inside of my house, to include the ceilings; apparently water was getting past the boot over the kitchen vent stack, which hadn't been properly installed (NOT by Mimms) back in 2008 and was pretty much deteriorated after 8 years. The Mimms crew got on the job double-quick and replaced the boots on all 3 vent stacks. No more leaks and plenty of peace of mind, which you can't set a price to. Thanks very much.

I noticed I had some minor roof damage so I called this company for an estimate. I explained to the gentleman that answered the phone that I am asking for estimates from multiple companies so I could see who had the best price. He told me if I was looking for the best price then he was just going to pass.

Mark Mimms is a great contractor in the Clarksville Area. If you are looking for someone you can trust to leave alone with your wife and children or without supervision he is the one to call. He is in the process of doing work for me. He not only checked the problem area (my sink drain broke) he checked under the house and even in the surrounding rooms to make sure the water didn't seep into other areas. He will make sure the job is done right the first time.

Mr. Mimms did a wonderful job replacing my roof and repairing some interior damage caused from water damage. He was easy to work with, worked well with my insurance company, and did a great job. It is often hard to find someone that is going to be there when he says he is going to be, fair priced, and does what they say they are going to do but Mr. Mimms is all of these. I would feel very comfortable referring any of my friends or family to Mr. Mimms Roofing and Water Restoration.
