BEWARE! Why? Was it because I was a women, disabled, elderly or he saw I had a big house that he thought I seemed like easy prey. I use a home warranty service. They sent Albert from Diamond Plumbing to repair our tankless water heater. He sat the top of the ladder for a short time. He came down and told me it was going to cost $4800. That I would have to give them $1800 myself then the warranty co would cover the $2000. Questioning this he explained that it was the warranty co that is the problem getting things covered and calling them would be a big mistake. Of course I called them and they sent

We were so lucky to have Albert come to our home and install a new faucet in our master bathroom when our old faucet failed. He did a great job and when he left, the space was spotless. Diamond Plumbing sent Albert to our home to unclog a drain line that another company had given up on. Albert was very helpful, pleasant and extremely professional. We also really appreciated how he went out of his way to spread plastic sheeting under our sink and on the kitchen floor to keep the job site clean. Next time we need a plumber, we're requesting Albert from Diamond Plumbing!

Can't say enough about this pluming company. I have a warranty on my home and they would send out other companies looking to do more work than was needed, and all they did a half a$$ job.
Esteban came out and worked on the problem till it was taken care of without making any excuses. Went above and beyond to take care of me. Definitely recommend this company 👌

The wax seal on one of our toilets went bad. The first company the home warranty co. assigned to us didn’t contact us for over 2 hours. We had them switch us to a different plumber, and that’s how we found Diamond. Within 5-10 minutes we had a text to see our availability today. They gave us a 3-5 window, and even showed up early. Ray was great. He replaced the ring and a broken water valve. Wore a mask the whole time. Explained everything perfectly and was extremely courteous. Very quick and efficient. Highly recommend Ray and Diamond Plumbing.

We just had a main line back up and we had another company who came and couldn’t fix it. Then Raymond with Diamond came and was able to unclogged our main line and get us all taken care of. He was so friendly and professional. We are thankful they where able to come and they even came late on Saturday. Thank you!!!
