Theremostat replaced by them charges of just equipment was 170% markup I understand they need to make money but 170% markup is robbery i could have understand if the charges were inclusive service call but nope it was separate I will go to better business bureau and complin there too

Wow is really all I can say. I had a fire at my house burned out my air conditioner.
Ocala Heating & AC was called and they came the very next day.
They was on time, very professional guys.
Marvin, Steve, & John was very professional.
They explained everything to me at what they was doing.

This is a great company!! They are honest and actually repair your system! I definitely recommend them over other companies. We had other companies come out and give us a quote but they we trying to just sell a new unit instead of fixing the one we have. Justin was our technician he was very thorough, and professional, he diagnosed and fixed the issues very quickly.

10/26/20. I would definitely recommend this company for services. They took care of our special needs because we live out of town. Justin was our technician and was prompt, honest about diagnosing the issue, also on options to fix the issue according to our needs. Customer service in my opinion was the best, especially talking to Stacia in the office. This is how a company survives over 50 yrs of business.

AC is not working. Called at 6:30 pm to schedule service. Technician says he can go out at overtime rate or be there first thing in the morning. I asked if that was 8:00 or 9:00. He said 8:00. I told him I would be there (since I don't live at the house and it's vacant). Of course this morning I get my children up early and head over their after rearranging things to accommodate the service. I am more than halfway to the property and the office calls to schedule. The technician doesn't have the authority to schedule! Now they can't be there until late morning. Of course my day is already planned

I was experiencing some issues with my A/C and called Ocala Heating & Air around 4 p.m. Their team member Justin C. arrived promptly and gave me a run down of what he believed was the issue. Sure enough, he was accurate. I’m very happy with the service I received (both customer service and quality of work). I will continue to use them for my future needs and recommend to others!

He did not wear a mask when I asked him too, I even offered to get him one. He gave my husband filters to install instead of the person we were paying to do it. I called the office to state my unhappiness with the lack of service we received and was told masks aren't mandatory in Marion Co. THEY ARE MANDATORY IN MY HOME!

A+ Grade for purchase and installation experience of a Rheem 4-Ton, 17 SEER Air Conditioner with electric heat (no heat pump). We found Agent Bill to be very knowledgeable and trust-worthy (no bait & switch). We contracted estimates from 3 different Sales & Installers; however, after receiving an in-person contract price from Bill, we canceled… the other 2 A-C Companies. In the past, we received quotes from other local contractors. We placed an order with Bill for the highly regarded Rheem to replace a troblesome Lennox Signature Series 4-Ton. 17 SEER. Installation was completed
