Inc.) from the time he was a young boy. This corporation was founded by his grandfather in 1938, and did work in exporting, hauling, and real estate investing.
In 1996 Josh became vice president of (the family business). He was responsible for all real estate acquisition research and analysis as well as tenant relations and coordinating asset preservation. In 2000 he was made president of Aacon Contracting where in addition to his previous tasks he became final decision maker on all purchases and dispositions of assets.
