Our pool liner replacement project was done very well. Although it came with a few complications, mostly due to our pool’s size and shape, the guys always had a solution. They were very good communicators and always let us know what was going on and when we could expect them. Overall great job and our 10 year old pool looks brand new!

Two reasons why I ONLY use J&M Pools.
I purchased a home in April 2021 and the previous owner elected not to fix multiple leaks around the spa valves. I feared it would be expensive to fix. I had the spa/pool inspected by several reputable companies and each one told me the same. It would be very costly to fix as they would have to remove the stones and replace valves etc etc…. I came across J&M pools and decided to give it one last try before spending possibly thousands of dollars. JACOB (J&M Pools) came out, took one look and said “I’ll be right back”. J&M Pools is hands down the best pool service and remodeling company that I’ve encountered in my 29 years of pool ownership. Beau and Austin winterized my pool today and they were on time, courteous and professional. They followed the proper steps for winterization and installed the pool cover. If not done correctly the pool equipment and pipes could be damaged by freezing weather. I can always rely on J&M Pools for weekly pool maintenance, too. Over the summer, I had my pool completely renovated and could not be happier with the outcome.

When COVID began, we decided to get a pool and couldn’t wait for it to finish. We met with Michael with our thoughts about a pool and he developed an incredible idea. WOW. We couldn’t be happier. We had our doubts if he could pull it off but he did with professionalism, understanding about our situation and found ways to make us happy. We could not be happier and thankful with the results. The weekly service by Ben is excellent as well. Thursday we have a clean pool. All the details are taken care of perfectly.

We highly recommend Rich and Adam from the pool school and tech division of J&M Pools. Rich was very knowledgeable while explaining the functions of our new pool. He patiently answered any questions that we had and made sure we were 100% comfortable with the pool systems and app capabilities. He offered his expertise in the coming months if we have any additional questions/concerns that come up. Adam has been great taking care of our pool for the last few weeks. Had my pool closed for 10+ years. JM installed new liner and new filtration systems (salt). They did an absolute great job. Pool has never looked so good.

Great people that take a lot of pride and will become family. Construction and end result are everything we could ask for. The 3D virtual build is very helpful in layout out your design and doing changes before the actual build. Great experience and love the finished product. We decided to upgrade our backyard by putting in a pool and J&M has been great through the entire process. We sat down with Patrick and designed the pool, a patio, fencing and a pool house. He was always easy to work with and was patient with us even after several revisions and changes on our part. It's possible Rich was a comedian in another lifetime. It's also possible he was a priest. My pool didn't need a pool tech, it needed an exorcist. Metal stains all over and long neglected, I was told by other pool companies this would be a near-impossible job.
I think Rich and Austin were here, maybe, 20 minutes or so. Two days later, I had a new pool. I don't know what mojo they used (actually I do, they gave me a parts and chem list), but I am frankly a little stunned at how beautiful my pool is, especially since it has been the object of my irritation for months now.

J&M Pools has always done good work for us. We needed to have a new liner installed. Our service technician Steve did a great job communicating and letting us know what was going on each day and what we could expect the next day. We were never left in the dark. The superstar of J & M pools is Ben the maintenance manager. After I called the pool company and told them that I had problems with the way they were doing my pool, they had Ben call me. He asked for a picture of my pool, which I sent him. He called me back and told me exactly what the problem was and said he would be out himself the next day to start getting it blue again. When he came, that next day he assessed the pool, pool pump and other items. All the time I was asking questions he would he stop and answer them and would show me what he was doing and why. These guys are a class act. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just nice people. We ordered a custom pool cover from them and the three step process was as simple as could be. Come to the house for a quote, back to the house to measure, and finally back 3 weeks later to install. These guys are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone.
