I'm going to supply my years of design and construction expertise and apply it specifically to your dream home.

John Grant began in the construction industry as a very young boy, working alongside his Father in every aspect of his construction business. In 1978, John became a full partner with his brother and Father in their construction company, until he moved to Redmond in 1987. In 1988, John was hired as Project Manager for Bill Buchan Custom Homes, and worked in this capacity until 1998, when John became self-employed.
John Grant brought to realization ten years of planning and dreaming to create our home that is far beyond our expectations! One of John's gifts is that he builds a home the way the customer wants it, not how he wants it. That doesn't mean that John won't express his very valuable opinion. As a matter of fact, that is one of John's strengths: he has a gift of design on top of his construction expertise.
