Our paint department has over 50 years of experience in fulfilling all of your painting needs with Latex, Alkyd, Acrylic, Specialty flooring, Elastemeric, Multi-spec, Polymix, Epoxy, Drywall, Wood Stains, Oils, Varnish, Lacquers, Enamels, Crafton, Vinyl, Wallpaper, and Faux Finishes. We specialize in faux finishes for your home and provide samples of techniques to chose from.
Although we specialize in remodel and tenant improvement, our construction crew has over 75 years of years experience from ground up to insurance claims. We work with insurance companies in issues resulting from fire or water damage to restore their properties to its original condition, matching existing paint and finishes.
Our Facilities Maintenance abilities include: drywall repair, inspections, general repair, loading dock maintenance, forklift services, power washing, plumbing, grounds, roof repair, cleaning services, stripping and waxing. We can provide your company with monthly/weekly/hourly services. We can provide you with an on-site person to fulfill your needs as they happen.
Our Fire Alarm technicians have over 25 years experience in designing systems as well as installation, monitoring, and maintenance. As you know, fire can be devastating for property and even more so when lives are involved. Not everyone is familiar with the laws of Colorado pertaining to how often systems should be tested.
