In addition to designing your home, Ron, Jon and the EarthCraft staff will oversee the costing of your project, ensuring the construction team is well oriented to the plans and details and that prices are in alignment with the original budget. A better construction company you will not find. Earthcraft was our original home builder over 20 years ago. We had a beam and other issues that needed some work. Jon and his awesome crews did a first class… job hand humming the beams and posts to match the old work. The drywall work and texture work inside matched the original exactly. That is not an easy thing to do. The final bill was amazing, how many companies in this day and age have their final complete bill come in way below the actual bid. A very honest crew and company. And their work was extremely well done and in a timely fashion

We contacted Ron and Jon because we were looking for a house designed to fit our lot with a focus on energy efficiency. As we found out, it was difficult/impossible to take the standard, cookie-cutter home designs most builders have and make a truly energy efficient home because there are so many variables related to the actual build site that come into play. Ron patiently listened to what we wanted and designed our dream home for us, all while keeping our budget in mind. I grew up here, with many friends in the trades. I was a framer for a summer in 98. As green building became an area of interest 20 years ago, the major concern and fear for many of my friends was in navigating code, certain that sustainable building options would never get through approval processes.

Ron has done several projects for me and my family and we truly enjoy working with him every time. He understands our parameters and does everything he can to fit our needs and budget.
