If you're looking for someone reasonably priced, call someone else. I called to ask what it would cost to replace an over range hood for my mom. He said he had to come out and look to see what it'd cost. Came out a week later and tried saying it'd cost $320, maybe more because they needed 2 people to do the install and would take 2 hours maybe longer. There is no duct, so it was a matter of screws and wiring. That price seemed outrageous to me so I called Schaeffers and they found it outrageous too, and directed me to someone else. The new quote I got was $75 and would take about 30 minutes. With

Heat pump was noisy when blowing. When the repair man came they it was no longer noisy. He did some testing and suggested it might be the filter. We changed the filter and he said to call if we needed more help. After he left the heat pump has been noisy again about half the time.
