This company is the best. I own and manage a few properties and have used them on quite a few occasions for repairs and roof replacements. Southern coast was not the cheapest quote, but they had good recommendations from some friends.
They were very clear from the beginning and very helpful.
The first crew that came to tear off the old roof was extremely careful and fast.
The second crew that came to install the tiles was not careful and very slow.
The ultimate result was great although the installation of the tiles took longer than really needed and the clean up of the surroundings was not as described in the quote until I complain.
Overall, a very good and professional company despite the incident described above.

Southern Coast installed our brand new metal roof in early 2017. The roof looks amazing and has been amazing at keeping the house cool and free of leaks from storms.
We purchased the house in 2016 in terrible condition. There were multiple roof leaks throughout. In 2017, the roof was installed. We suffered zero leaks from Hurricane Irma.
In November 2020, we got hit by Tropical Storm Eta and had a decent size leak in one of the bedrooms. Southern Coast came out within a week or two to do water testing to see if it was a possible roof leak. It ended up being wall leaks from our 2nd story addition

Investing in a new roof is nerve-racking, because you read about so many scams and ripoffs. Southern Coast Enterprises gave me confidence there are still good businesses out there! The quoted price was the FINAL price, they got to work IMMEDIATELY after the Naples Blend tile I wanted arrived, and even though my house is very old, there were no excuses to slow down the process. Quality was superb, and they always answered the phone for any questions I had. So professional, knowledgeable and efficient workers, and AMAZING end result. I am so grateful for their integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A++

Southern Coast Enterprises worked with me to install a new metal roof on my residential home. The pricing was competitive and Southern Coast was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were initially helpful in selecting the appropriate product and color. From there, their staff was in constant contact and had a crew on site in a timely fashion for all phases of the job. There was also a supervisor on site during each phase of progress to insure quality control. I requested one minor change upon completion of the metal installation that was purely aesthetic. Run don't walk away from this company. They installed a roof on my home 5 years ago and I've developed several leaks. When you spend a lot of money on a roof and it comes with a warranty you don't expect leaks! but if so, you expect the company to come and repair it promptly. It's been over 2 weeks and I've not had any response. This is what you dread having happen with a roofer.
