We had a very challenging issue with a retaining wall that was installed by the previous owner of our house. It wasn’t built correctly and was starting to fail; threatening the gas line and AC unit on the west side of our house. Patrick was very responsive to our initial inquiry and offered a couple of creative options to repair/replace it. Due to the urgency of the project; he was able to carve out some time to complete it within a very reasonable period of time. The skills of the equipment operator were very impressive - it is a small area and lots of obstacles to work around. Our experience

I hired Central Landscape to install a paver patio in my backyard. Their price was very competitive. The work was top notch. My interactions with employees were always pleasant. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but I removed one due to difficulty communicating prior to the project. E-mails and calls would often go unreturned. However, once the project began, communication was great. I plan to hire them again for the next project.

Asked for a quote on a small project. He did show up, but acted like he was doing me some kind of favor by showing up at all. It’s been three weeks and still no quote or communication. Very unprofessional. I’ve hired someone else.

They did a large retaining wall for me, and it has turned out amazing. Once they started they were always there and very easy to communicate and work with. Listened to any concerns we had and really made the backyard a dream come true.
