The employee did such a lack luster job . There was no deep cleaning intact there was no real cleaning involved at all , it was more or a moving around of the dirt …. The bathrooms were cleaned with a wet rag and ZERO cleaning product . Not a thing was dusted nor was the furniture (which I offered to help move , even though it’s on easy movers on my tile) moved . The floor wasn’t swept properly , nor was it mopped well … i basically paid for someone to carry a bucket from room to room and take a 40 minute break without letting us know she was doing so …

I saw all the five stars on this account and decided to call them to clean our home for my great granddaughter's third birthday. They were supposed to come Saturday at 10:00 at 10:30 I called the company because no one had shown up. They said they would call and look into it I called half an hour later and the gentleman told me he could not get a hold of the person who is scheduled to come and that he would figure something else out. Then I called back another half an hour later and he did not answer no one called us back and we tried several attempts before having to call a last minute cleaning

Great service. Me and my fiancé used them to deep clean our house before my future in laws came into town to stay with us. They gave my house a great deep cleaning it needed and took a huge load off our shoulders trying to prepare for my future in-laws to come and judge us. Thank you so much. Today The owner of this company was pounding on my door and looking through my windows. When I talked to him through the security cameras are I gave him my phone number to call me. As it turns out he was… dropping the cleaning lady off to the wrong address. While he was pounding on the door and windows; my daughter was taking her college exams and unable to answer the door. Once we figured out that he was at the wrong address I asked him to leave the property.He got Irate and started arguing with me calling me an idiot for him having the wrong address. On his way out he kicked my daughters
