I was a loyal customer for many years, but since Covid, American Window Cleaning has fallen apart. When Covid waned a year ago, I was comfortable inviting them in, and after a few tries got an appointment. After rearranging my schedule, the window washer came and said he wouldn't clean our windows until we bought new screens--our 20-year-old screens were too frail to withstand it (he wouldn't just leave them off). I was surprised, but immediately scheduled the (pricey) replacement of all of our screens. When I then called to schedule the cleaning, they said they were no longer doing

I have been using them to clean my windows for years. Tyler is the best. Always shows up on time and is meticulous with his cleaning. The windows are crystal clear, and the tracks, edges and screens are perfectly clean too. Now I have to figure out how to keep my cat from thinking the window is open when it's not. Lol. Very happy with them!

April 29, 2021 Update: Tyler does great work. His company has cleaned our windows mirrors and shower glass since 1999. AWC restored our granite kitchen and made our bathroom marble and grout sparkle. They have power-washed our patios, stucco and outdoor kitchen and bbq.
AWC does a fine job in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. They are careful and use the safest and most effective products. Every surface looks new again. I am loyal, but not to a fault. Tyler has saved me money with his advice about maintenance, restoration and replacement. I trust him. He's intelligent, kind and caring

American Window Cleaning's customer service and work are excellent. They are reasonably priced, courteous, and careful about health and safety during the COVID pandemic, wearing masks and removing shoes before entering the house. They sent one window cleaner to do my whole house and he was pleasant, careful, and detail-oriented. In the past, I have also used Windows Pros. American Window cleaning's customer service and work are 100% superior to Window Pros. I highly recommend this business.

Been a client of AWC for many years off and on. Tyler was absolutely excellent. Best guy I've ever used. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of his work. Tyler did an excellent job for me - I had used this company years ago for windows when I lived Inland. I recently had hired another small local company here in Oceanside, and the guy was so rude and said my patio carpet could not be steam cleaned, which was the biggest and most important part of the job. Then his ego flared up when I said I was upset, so he turned around and left, with no apology.

Great company! I called and they answered right away...scheduled the service for the next day...and quoted me the exact price over the phone. The day of service the technician showed up on time, was friendly, and did a great job. The technician's name was Kevin Wickline- I would highly recommend him. My windows have never been cleaner and we actually decided not to put the curtains back up because we are enjoying the clear view. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Thanks so much!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an appointment today. They were doing my neighbors house and were going to come over after it was finished.
Gave me a 2 hour window of 12pm- 2pm.
At 2;30 I called them, knowing they finished my neighbors house at 11am!!!!
The same lady I booked the appointment with said she just forgot to put it on the schedule, her only offer was to reschedule for the next day with another 2 hour window. No discount, no anything...........
I refused!
Too many window cleaning companies out there to have to beg them to come do my windows.

I was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the cleaning that my windows got. And they were left so clean it looked like there was no glass at all, just a clear view. Bernie is a hardworking, exacting cleaner who goes the extra mile to make sure the windows, tracks and screens are as clean as they can be. Received a reminder card in the mail (used them quite awhile ago). Thought I'd try them again. Received a price quote over the phone. Scheduled a cleaning. When the person arrived, I was told a totally different price! Said there were extra charges for the type of windows. Told him I was not a new customer, I was contacted by American so they already knew what windows I had and no one asked me any questions over the phone. Asked him to honor the price quoted...but he would not.
