Crouse Construction is able to provide management and cost control services for your commercial project. We are able to act as third party to manage your construction project. This may help you, as the client to step away from the day-to day issues of managing a project. Our highly experienced Project Superintendents can take over and manage the project.

We do live in an active earthquake area and older buildings often need significant modifications to minimize the risk of future seismic events. This is a service that we have provided for many years. In addition to structural building modifications, we have extensive experience involving seismic anchoring for laboratory equipment and furniture within an office space.
