Joe went above and beyond what we expected to repair an busted pipe in our attic! He crawled into a very tight space in our attic (well over 100 degrees) to do the repair so that we wouldn't have to have sheetrock repair expenses if he were to do it through the ceiling which would have saved him a lot of time. We are very grateful to him and we will DEFINITELY use The Trade Society for all our future plumbing needs!

This was the second time I've called on The Trade Society with both times being an emergency. The first was during the winter storm in Jan 21 for multiple water leaks and the most recent was a water heater leak. Joey was quick to respond to my call and provided the information I needed to prevent any additional damage until he arrived. He communicated his schedule and gave me a precise time he would arrive which was on the same day. During a time when most of the Houston and surrounding areas were in a panic over busted pipes, getting a plumber to respond was impossible. These guys not only responded quickly but were kind, professional, and kept their pricing fair. They made sure the job was done correct and were very thorough. They found issues that I was unaware of and were able to repair them. They took pictures of everything and explained it all. They did not take advantage of the situation with pricing. It was very reasonable and I am happy to have found them. I look forward to using them on future projects!
