Kwang Lee Construction, Inc. started out as a small husband and wife owned Carpentry Company known as Potomac Construction back in 1995. They were located in Alexandria, Virginia near the Potomac River, where the name was derived. Its main focus was carpentry of custom homes all over Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
By the year 2000 it had evolved into a more well-rounded construction company that was building custom homes from ground up. In 2003, the owners of Potomac Construction, husband and wife, Mr. Kwang Lee and Mrs. Myung Lee, incorporated Kwang Lee Construction with the trade name Potomac Construction.
By 2010 Kwang Lee Construction, Inc. despite the economic downfall, has grown into a General Contractor for both residential and commercial construction with in-house trade service professionals, servicing the Virginia, Maryland, and DC area with all of its building needs from small maintenance to building a dream home and office.
