Noel (Dion) Davies has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. After transferring to U.C. Davis to study Enology (wine making), Dion worked part time in construction. What began as a summer job quickly turned into his passion. The art of building and helping to create beautiful homes served as an outlet for his artistic side.
