Founded in California in 1989 by Mark Durham, Durham Construction INC has had a successful history of innovation and performance as a premier building professional providing value to clients in California and Arizona. From1985-1990, Mark Durham was a Project Engineer and Project Manager for Swinerton Walberg Co., and P.R.P. Development inc.
ASU Colleges at Lake Havasu City - a combination of remodel, renovation and new construction. This project was an existing middle school that was converted to a campus for Arizona State University. Extensive site work for utilities both on-site and offsite, remodel upgrade and renovation of existing classroom, gymnasium and administration office buildings.
