Wow....All I needed was an invoice and my head got ripped apart. Tammy could not seem to comprehend how to generate an invoice without having her supervisor who was on vacation help. Eventually, she hung up and would not answer the phone. Stuck with no invoice to charge my tentants for their service......very poor customer service

I decided to treat myself for my birthday to a long overdue carpet cleaning in my home. I have 2 young children and a large dog who loves to rub her filthy body all over our carpets! I have tried using a steam cleaner before, but even though it seemed like I pulled up lots of dirt - my carpets never looked clean.
