This AC company was great. They live up to their name. Their prices were the best I have found. They consult with you and give you options. They don't try to replace things that don't need replacing. If they recommend something it is because you actually need it. They show up on time, honor their word, and they don't leave a mess. Their technicians are respectful and professional. I also will note I had a part go bad due to a power surge. The part was covered under warranty. I called them and they sent someone right out, and replaced the part under warranty with no charge. This is a good company

The technician Marton/Harton was very rude and unprofessional when asked what service was exactly done and if the problem was fixed. He flat out said “I can’t guarantee you it’s fixed” and still charged over $200 for a service that was done in about 30 minutes however the hours of labor logged on the invoice was 1.5, so we were clearly overcharged. Do yourself a favor and contact professional people that can guarantee you an honest service.
