I have had a few initial interactions with the crew of Hardcastle and found them to always be there right away to help out. Then we just had a 20 YO boiler go out and with in a day the started the tedious job replacing our outdated unit with a state of the art 96% efficient Tankless heating system. They did everything they said they would do and more. All their techs are great guys, very knowledgeable and professional and the ladies in the office are fantastic. I am a builder of 41 years of very Large custom homes in Naples Florida and I would rate this company as one of the best I have been around

Both Joe and Travis were great in fixing my problems that I had with my heating system. They made sure that the problems got fixed and if I had any questions, they got answered. I will highly recommend them to anyone that might have doubts. These guys were awesome and left me with a positive reassurance. Fixed my problem with my heating system and my thermostat and if another cropped up, they fixed it. They even joked a lot which made me feel at ease, so, keep these guys on, cause they are definitely an asset.

Tyler came over, on time, and was a very professional and pleasant fellow.
Tyler checked our heating duct system and figured out why we weren't getting enough warm air in the master bedroom, and made some corrections.
He thoroughly explained the benefits of the electronic air filter system and their annual plan. I purchased a new electronic air filter system, their annual plan along with the air duct cleaning.
I felt well cared for.
It's a simple as that!

I highly recommend Hardcastle. I used them to install a new furnace after mine went out. They got me scheduled and the furnace replaced. I was very happy with the process and the job they did. I will have them install a whole house humidifier and I have scheduled a Duct Cleaning Service.

I had multiple men from Hardcastle at my townhouse today (Raul, Reggie, and Tyler) replacing my old boiler system and hot water heater with a new system. They won't be finished until tomorrow since it's a two-day job. But, every single one of them have been professional, kind, considerate, & patiently explained anything I asked. Their awesome plumber Tom even rushed over to quickly fix a leak which couldn't be helped during installation.
