I can't begin to say enough great things about my experience with Ray at Bio Plumbing! First, he provided exceptional service when he came out to give a quote for how much it would cost to re-pipe my old basement waterlines and replace my cast iron drains with PVC. He explained everything in such detail that it was easy to understand the process and cost breakdowns, and he made sure he answered all my questions before he left. Once I scheduled the service, he and his partner came out the very next week and only took two days to complete the massive overhaul of basement repipe work. Once again,

We Bought a home and soon after we found out the septic was completely shot. We were referred to Bio Plumbing. Thanks to the great crew, that came out and started the job the next day, we switched to city sewer in a day and a half. I’m impressed with how fast and well the job was done. They arrived at the time they said they would, changed out 3 toilets in my house and other than having wonderful new toilets would never had known they were even here - everything was left so neat and clean.
Back story - until now I had not found a plumber in Knoxville that I really liked. Have had at least 3 different plumbers work on the same toilets and we decided it was time to just replace them all. I have finally found a good plumber in town!
