Fast and professional. Rick is the best. I had an emergency and he came because we were clients before. He found the problem and put me at ease. A great company, a very nice man. You wont be disappointed. Oro Valley plumbing is the only one we trust. I'm not ashamed to say that I cancelled on another plumber when Rick said he was available instead.

I've used Rick at Oro Valley Plumbing for years! He's honest, reasonable, and very capable and experienced. I use him for my personal work as well as referrals to my clients ; everyone is always satisfied with workmanship, professionalism, timely response and repair, and with a great demeanor.
All of that said, if you're looking for free advice (a huge liability), or an "arm-chair" estimate without a on site review, then use Google or YouTube; don't waste a professional's time.

I called Oro Valley Plumbing based on the great Yelp reviews, but I was disappointed with my phone conversation and I will be going elsewhere for my needs. They wanted to charge a $149 "trip charge" to come out and provide a quote for installing a new drain in my garage. The representative kept saying he does not provide "free advice" but I wasn't looking for free advice I was looking for the cost to add a drain into the garage by tapping into the adjacent laundry room plumbing. The representative said he was too busy to deal with quotes. Beware!!!

For the second time in about a month, our 31 year old home has required the work of a professional plumber. First, Rick re-built our Guest Bath shower and replaced all of our bath fixtures, and just today he and Dan were here to re-build our kitchen plumbing. Would give Rick and Oro Valley Plumbing 11 stars. Can't say enough good about Rick or recommend him highly enough. I'm handy enough to be dangerous around the house, but I also know my limits- plumbing! Rick will take a look at what's wrong and give you options on how to fix, he never just goes right to a quote. Our first experience with Rick was a whole-house polybutylene piping replacement as we moved into a new house. Done on time, on budget and two years later, zero issues. He's been out a couple of times since and is always quick to schedule with you and very thorough.

Copper pipes for water softener started leaking. Called Rick and we scheduled for the following afternoon, however he was available earlier and called to see if he could come over. Long story short, he fixed the problem quickly and professionally.
I felt like a person, not a number on someones list of things to get done today. This is what plumbers used to be like before the big guys came into the business. I called Oro Valley Plumbing because our hot water heater was leaking. Rick said he liked to take care of these problems quickly because it can turn into a mess very fast. He came out exactly when he said he would and had the water heater installed in less than 2 hours and the old one hauled away. I will call Rick for any plumbing needs from now on. He is trying to stay small and I really appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend.

Refreshing to have a plumbing company that is trust worthy. Rick operates a small company and provided excellent service at a fair price. He replaced two water heaters for less than another company wanted to charge for replacing one water heater. Call Oro Valley Plumbing before you decide on a plumber.
Our first call was to WPE that must offers incentives to employees that can bring in more revenue. WPE used scare tactics about how my home would explode if I did not replace the T&P value immediately. The plumber from WPE made it look like the valve would not budge when he was actually just pinching

If you are looking for that old fashioned service from a local plumber who will answer your call himself, do great work, and show up sooner rather than later this is who you call. Rick is professional and knowledgeable and the only plumber whose card goes on our fridge. You know, just in case LOL. The big box plumbers as I call them with the outsourced answering services and the phony schedules that are always booked up for weeks? No more.
