We are sensitive to chemicals and Scrubs cleaning products did not bother us. Also, this is the second time we've used them for a move-out cleaning of the whole house. I am a detailed-orientated person, and they did not disappoint! Also, if anything is not to your liking, they will stay and work on it until it is. Very friendly as well.

We have used Scrubs for 9 yrs. Our team is great and responsive to our needs. They are very professional and honest. The house is usually sparkling clean when they leave.
During Covid 19 all the girls have been wearing masks and gloves.
I would definitely recommend this cleaning business. You will not be sorry!!

I've used Scrubs for 3 years and find them to be exceptional. My bi-weekly cleanings always leave my house spotless and fresh-smelling. Contrary to other reviews (there are always naysayers), I find them extremely honest, reliable and high-quality. They've never broken or damaged a thing and are bonded to cover costs if they had. THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN. And I'm pretty particular.

Let me just say that SCRUBS always amazes me!! I have used them for a while now and can't say enough great things about them. I love walking in, knowing they have been there that day! Everything always looks fabulous! Just recently needed them to do an overhaul on a rental home and they did such an awesome job! Always surpasses my expectations. Beware ! Just don't. You've been warned. AFTER 13 YEARS was passed off to this company (SCRUBS), by her sister company Detailed Home Cleaning. Shortly after finding items missing from my master bath and after speaking to the new owner Mary, ( Maria Martinez) , I FIRED SCRUBS Home Cleaning Frisco location.

I paid $160 for 4 girls to clean my tiny 1500 sq ft 3 Bedroom house which two of the bedrooms are completely empty. The girls rushed out within an hour. Turns out the baseboards are dirty, I run my fingers though the blinds and they are all dusty. There is still spider webs in the bathrooms, I called Linda and she said the girls would come back to redo the entire house and I guess they tried to fool me by only vacuuming the carpet and not cleaning anything else. The worst thing is that I had to clean before they got here and I still had to clean some more after they left. What a disappointment

Scrubs cleaning service "cleaned" my house today and left a foul cigarette smell that i cannot seem to get rid of. Neither myself or my husband smoke. My house smelled better before they came to clean it. The first visit was good. The house smelled really good. This visit was not. All of the wiping down is mediocre. I still have soap stains around my bathroom faucet. The floors don't look mopped. If you hire scrubs expect to have to clean up before they get there and expect to also do additional deep cleaning after they leave.

I've been using Scrubs for about a year and have been completely happy with the service. The cleaning team is thorough and on time. The team comes in and like little cleaning machines quickly get the job done in about an hour. The house is clean and sparkling when they leave. On the very rare occasion there was an issue, I called the office and no more problem. I've had to change my cleaning date or cancel completely. Give Scrubs a little advanced notice and they can accommodate your needs.
