Universal Shine

Terrible. Terrible. They have kids doing the cleaning, not adults. The kid dumped the cleaning chemicals into the gutter. They stood around on their phones doing nothing while the loud vacuum was running and annoying all the neighbors. And the worst part, they did such a bad job the first time, that they had to come back and do it again. Absolutely would never hire them again. The only reason others gave five stars was to get a discount from them.

AMAZING job well done by Yenifer and Alexis!! My parent's no longer lived in their home and I had to go through everything to get it ready for sale. I needed someone to clean the home but also the carpets. They went beyond my expectations and did a beautiful job! Like it was their parents home. Showed up on time and very professional. I never wrote reviews but I was compelled to while waiting in my car in the drive way as they finish up. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!

Yenifer , was outstanding. she is a life saver. we had a painting problem from one of our technician on a carpet on the stairs and we had hire Someone else to do the cleaning, it turned out the homeowner wasn't very happy with the job they had done he only took 20-30mins to clean the affected area so we went and hired Universal Shine and boy let me tell you they made sure everything was fully completed to the homeowners standard and ours. They took the time to tell them step by step what they were going to do and finished up with us and the Homeowner super happy with the outcome! We are very thankful

Requested a quote for one room. Their page advertised $8-20 deal. They quoted $98 minimum, which includes 2 rooms and a hall. We only need one room.

If you're going to have somebody clean your house these are the people to call! After my husband's illness and my inability to keep up with all the housework I called universal shine and asked them to do a deep housecleaning. They came on time, we're very courteous and friendly, introducing themselves right away. I felt at easy immediately which isn't something easy for me when it comes to strangers wandering around my house with all the imperfections when it comes to my house keeping skills. Kraig was very friendly and offered several options for stain and odor removal. He finished 3 rooms, a hallway and stairs in under an hour, but the quality of cleanliness looks like it took all day. We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

I needed to have carpet stretched in a new home we had just purchased. I wanted it done before having furniture delivered so it needed to be done fast. I spoke with Armando who was extremely friendly and helpful AND he said they could be there that day!!! It was sooner than I had expected so I scheduled for the next day. Matt arrived at the specified time and he too was extrememly friendly and professional. Matt did an excellent job and explained what he was going to do and also did a walk-through afterward to explain what he had done. The price was VERY reasonable and the work was quality
