The service was slow . They took too long cleaning downstairs that the upstairs didn't get completely cleaned because time ran out and they wanted to charge more to finish. The wood floors were not mopped properly which left it looking dull . And they drip some sort of chemical which left my stairs with drip stains.

My wife and I used Reyes Cleaning to deep clean our new home before moving into it. What a mistake that was. Not only did they not do a good job (fingerprints on windows, trash left on the ground, sink not cleaned, ect.) they also damaged it. As I was leaving the kitchen area I physically watched one of the crew members use their ladder to step up onto the countertop and then continue to walk across the countertop while cleaning the upper cabinets. I thought this was strange and maybe not the most ordinary way to clean those since they had a ladder, but I figured maybe that's the way this company

Needed a move out cleaning after 7 years in a rental property, with 2 dogs. They did a wonderful job, from light fixtures, interior windows and blinds and bathroom. Cleaned out all drawers and cabinets, even the oven and refrigerator. Best of all, unlike another service used previously, they brought all their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Floors were spotless. Only miss was one small cobweb in a corner. Worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. Special thanks to Salud V and Nancy D for a great job!

Reyes’s cleaners really met my expectations when it came to my cleaning services. I was a little down about my second service with them. They were able to turn it around for me by brining in Silvia J and Maria Teresa C they really went above and beyond and neatly organized my home the way I wanted for me and my twins. I was very satisfied with the overall result. They communicated with me about how they can clean certain areas for me and even respected my privacy while I was working. We moved in from out of state and found this company to clean our home before our move in date. When we arrived, it became very apparent that our home was never cleaned. While they claimed to have cleaned our home for 3hrs on the agreed upon date, there were spider webs, hair in the shower and toilet, dirty floors that turned the soles of our feet black, baseboards not cleaned, blinds not cleaned, you get the point. When we called them to let them know of the subpar service since clearly no cleaning had been done, they didn’t believe us, asked if we had been there to watch them clean, and said

Once again I have been taken advantage of by this company. I called to work out some way for both parties to be happy. They never returned my phone call after receiving my complaint and saying they would "check with the cleaners and get back with me." When I called again they said that they would not refund the money. They want pictures of the dirty home. Which is fine because there are tons of areas of proof that no cleaning service was performed and I was still charged over $300. So now I will photograph the hair in the shower, my black bare feet from the dirty floors, the spider webs

Mediocre clean, for what they call a "deep cleaning." Floors were still sticky, and they barely move the furniture to clean under. I had to redo the floors myself because all they did was mop without vacuuming or sweeping. They call it a deep cleaning, but they even clean inside the cabinets, didn't clean the mirrors, clean inside the closets, or cleaned the balcony floor. I paid 285$ for them to do the quality of job I would've done. Unfortunately, you can do nothing or complain since I have to opt-out of the inspection since I'm home at work all day.

I had an appointment today (Friday, July 9, 2021) and was told they would be at my place at any time from 11:30a.m to 1:30 p.m. It is now 2:00 p.m. and no one came. I had earlier called to ask if they could change the window of time from noon to 1:30p.m. but was told no, so I had to change plans to be home at 11:30a.m. I have tried to reach them at their number, waited almost 1/2 hour without success. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it is very upsetting to think one's needs for a cleaning will be met, but no service, no apology no answer to my call.

We had an awful cleaning experience. We paid $350 for a crap clean. When i came home it looked like my husband tried to clean himself, to save money. They were only there for 2.5 hrs. That is $140 an hr. then when i reached out about this they offered me $25 off a future cleaning as if id use them again. My 9 year old could do better.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. The way they charge is not right at all! The ladies that came were wonderful. They went overboard. And, most importantly, they were honest. The cleaners are the only reason I gave 3 stars. Unfortunately, since the quote cannot be trusted, I cannot reuse them for my bi-weekly service, and I cannot recommend them.

Do not use this cleaning service poor customer service, horrible time management and bait and switch sales tactics. I paid for a deep cleaning 290.00 however, after starting the job, 3 hours into cleaning I get a text message from someone saying the cleaners needed more time to complete the job and I needed to pay more money. I said no its not the customer fault if the company did not properly assess the job prior to starting. Long story short the cleaners left without completing the job.

BEWARE. The cleaning was mediocre, the business was terrible. They send you a verification text with expected time they will arrive to clean. Cleaners showed up 2 hours before and notified me 15min before arrival. I was not home at the time (expecting them 2 hours later) so I had to call the company and give them the garage code to get it. Had I not done this, they would have cancelled my appointment and charged my card $50 lock out fee because they chose to show up early without proper notification. Fees are not set- also beware. I paid for a 2.5 hour deep clean with 2 cleaners on a small 1300

Hired these guys for a move out cleaning. Was only a 1 bedroom 900 square foot place. They did really well. They arrived in the window they said they would. I recieved text updates which I could respond to and get questions answered. I felt the price was very fair. $150 for the cleaning. Another $110 for shampooing the carpets. I got my moneys worth. Cant ask for much more than that right.

Hired them to do a move out cleaning. Came during the beginning of pandemic shut down with no masks. I let them begin and kept my distance. They started in my guest bathroom which is very small. They were in there for 30 minutes and I heard banging sounds which I found out later was a long pole with brush on the end they use for ceilings.
After being in there for 30 minutes one of the maids came out and motioned me to come in there (neither one of them spoke any english)
She showed a crack in the bottom part of my toilet tank that was leaking water on the floor. I had used

This company is a sham. I received a text message from Jackie stating that my house was about to be finished for a move out cleaning so I should go check on the work. I live 30 minutes away from the house and she knew that. I showed up to the house being cleaned and the 2 maids had spent 5 hours cleaning only the second story of the house. They told me they needed 2 hours and 30 minutes more and to come back at 9:30pm. I asked them multiple times if I would be receiving a text message 30 minutes prior so I can come check their work and lock the doors, and they confirmed that Jackie would text

My family just had all of our flooring replaced with tile. We had dust everywhere. We did our best to clean as much as we could but there was just to much to handle with both of us working full time. we needed help so we contacted Reyes cleaning based on excellent reviews. My first cleaning was good. My second was ok. I tried a third and this is the one that shocked me. After the girls left, I noticed one of my pens (one that would catch ur eye) was taken off my desk. I let it go. The next day, I was in one of the bathrooms. The tub/shower has the sliding glass doors. I closed the door and the whole glass panel broke into 1000's of pieces. The door was off of the track. I got glass all over me, floor, toilet, drain...etc. I called Reye's and they said they had to "suspend" my cleaning to c what happened with the 2 ladies who cleaned

Very poor service and very disappointed. Used something abrasive on a week old toilet lid and seat causing scratches. Left shower head on and point out of the shower so when we turned on the next day it sprayed water all over our bathroom. Picked up pillows and blankets off floor and placed on our beds (visibly dirty items). Counter tops were not touched and dusty items pulled from under bed placed on top of clean items on on foot of bed. Still no contact to refund us in any way after providing photos.

Please read the other yelpers that are having similar issues before you decide to hire this company. My mistake was that I let the higher ratings overlooked the lower ones and it cost me. On to my experience...After agreeing to do the deep cleaning for $225 and was told any additional charges will need to be discussed with me prior to continuing. Lola told me over the phone that don't worry about additional charges since she will call me prior to them continuing. She never did call me. First sign should have been noticeable. I'm in the process of getting my house ready to be shown, and didn't have time to clean it myself. I went on YELP and looked at the reviews of many different cleaning companies but came to Reyes cleaning. After reading the reviews I knew I had to have them clean my house. I appreciate the hard work that Marta and Aria did. My house wasn't messy just lived in, it now looks 100 times better!
